Satire
This article is a hilarious example of satire. The author is very sarcastic by asking why we should ever teach children facts. He even goes as far as to say that they will never need science and math because everybody will just be farmers for the rest of their lives. The sarcasm never stops, and this is a trait of satire. It is also ironic because the author says that we should not go to school to learn facts. This is funny because why else would people go to school.
