Ha satire...

Well this article was very interesting. It made fun of the idea of progress, which realistically, can not be stopped. It was making fun of uneducated people who think children should not have the right to know actual facts, or to think freely and veer from the path of religion. According to this text, nothing should be taught in school because the common folk will never need to know those subjects. The Onion was a great example of satire.
